How do you make an (interior) cell an area that is illegal to rest in?

All you do is check the box that has, illegal to rest, next to it in window while making a new interior.

By going to that interior in the interior cell dialog (same window as the creation one) and selecting 'illegal to sleep'.

One caution about changing existing interior cells' properties: I'm not absolutely sure, but I think the 'Illegal To Sleep Here' flag is stored in the player's save game when she/he first visits the cell.
If your character has already been in that cell, and then you make a mod to change the setting, the info stored in the save game may override the mod. (save games are loaded after any mods, so they always 'win') So if you try this and find the new setting isn't working, try visiting that cell with a brand new character that has never been there. If it works, you'll know for sure that your save game is overriding the changes in the mod.
Hopefully I'm just being paranoid here, and everything will work just fine. But if you find it doesn't, that could be the reason.

I kinda expected this would happen, and your right Klinn, the change didnt take place in the current saved game
Im not gonna start over another game ...ive completed the MQ 3 times in the past month MW is kinda loosing its shine for me.
I just wish there was an effective way of purging certain information from saves.
(And i dont mean removing and readding the mod dependancy, that always causes problems, and trying to edit the save in the cs/cleaning with the testool only causes them to crash)
Even being able to export the PC into a fresh game would be better than nothing. Im surprised noone has come up with a program to clean saved files.
